Live Healthy Siouxland is a community based initiative that is designed to create "A Climate of Wellness" for Woodbury County, Iowa. Live Healthy Siouxland's goal is to prevent an increase in obesity rates within Woodbury County through a variety of strategies dealing with nutrition and physical activity. Some of those strategies include enhancing worksite wellness programs, promoting policy and programming for youth, promotion of local foods, and supporting healthy choices.
