Healthy Siouxland Initiative (HSI) is a collaborative community effort comprised of local health care providers, educators, human service personnel, physicians, religious leaders, social agency staff, and law enforcement officials.  HSI has nearly 100 individual members representing over 30 organizations in Siouxland. HSI meets at Siouxland District Health Department from 9:00 A.M. - 10:30 A.M. on the fourth Thursday of each month.
